Blaine J. Timonera

Blaine J. Timonera is a life-long native son of Batesville, Indiana, with well established personal and family roots in the Batesville Community. Blaine attended St. Louis Catholic School and subsequently Batesville High School. While at Batesville High School, Blaine was a multi-year letterman for the Batesville High School Football Team and a member of the St. Louis CYO Basketball Team.

Following graduation from Batesville High School in 2011, Blaine attended Indiana State University as a recipient of the Presidential Scholarship, the university’s most prestigious scholarship. As a student at ISU, Blaine emphasized involvement in the campus community through various activities including acting as a Founding Member and President of the ISU Fishing Team. As a result of his involvement and efforts, in 2015, Blaine was awarded the Rankin Outstanding Senior Award, which recognizes elite members of the senior class who have contributed to the betterment of Indiana State University through their dedicated leadership on campus and in community organizations. In 2015, Blaine graduated Suma Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. To top it all off, Indiana State University is where Blaine would meet his future wife, Hillary, from Georgetown, Illinois.

Blaine J. Timonera attended law school at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, in Norman, Oklahoma. While in law school Blaine continued his involvement in the campus community within the College of Law as the Vice President and President of the Board of Advocates and as a member of the OU ABA Arbitration Team and OU National Trial Team. Blaine also joined the OU Fishing Team and served as the Team’s President. For two years, Blaine served in the OU Criminal Clinic, a non-profit clinic serving indigent clients at no cost. In 2018, Blaine received the Kelly Beardslee Criminal Defense Award. Blaine graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2018 as a member of the Top 20% of his law school class, a member of the Order of Solicitors, and recipient of the McAfee and Taft Trial Award.

Following graduation from law school, Blaine joined Logan & Lowry, LLP, a prominent general practice law firm located in scenic Northeast Oklahoma. As an associate, Logan & Lowry, LLP, entrusted Blaine to handle a wide array of cases including civil litigation, probate, estate planning, corporate formation and governance, personal injury litigation, property and real estate litigation, divorce and custody cases, criminal representation, and oil and gas spills. The lessons, experience, and opportunities provided to Blaine during his time with Logan & Lowry, LLP, proved to be invaluable and the relationships formed with his supervising attorneys, co-associates, staff, and clients are valued beyond measure. Blaine still maintains his license to practice law in the State of Oklahoma and serves as a contracted attorney for Logan & Lowry, LLP.

During the Summer of 2020, Blaine and Hillary made the decision to relocate back to Batesville, Indiana, where they purchased a long-time family home on Columbus Avenue. Hillary is employed by Batesville Community School Corporation as the School Psychologist where she provides services to the students of Batesville Community School Corporation, St. Louis Catholic School, and Oldenburg Academy.

Blaine & Hillary welcomed their first son, Seger, in May 2021.

During his spare time you will find Blaine, you guessed it, on your local lake fishing. Blaine also enjoys spending time with his immediate and extended family and friends. Additionally, Blaine proudly serves as a head coach of the Batesville Middle School Football Team.
